Bret Hardy, CPA is Executive Managing Director and co-leader of the Integrated Real Estate Solutions (IRES) group. In this capacity, Mr. Hardy utilizes his nineteen plus years of real estate knowledge and expertise in structured finance products to optimize capital and tax and accounting aspects to assist corporate and institutional clients in maximizing real estate value.

Mr. Hardy’s professional strengths result from his strong background in corporate services and finance. Balancing the goals and objectives of corporate and institutional clients, which are often competing, serves as a basis for IRES’s services. In each of his assignments, Mr. Hardy assists clients in developing and evaluating real estate alternatives based on an assessment of the client’s operational needs, credit and specific strategic financial goals and objectives. He then provides and implements executable advice to maximize critical benefits including cash flow optimization, tax mitigation, GAAP/financial statement enhancement, and the most efficient deployment of the client’s capital resources. Mr. Hardy has successfully translated these skills and lessons learned from the private sector corporate clients, to implementation of real estate and financial advisory services in the public sector, including federal government, state and local municipal clientele.
