Dan Feldman, LEED® AP | Senior Financial Manager

Mr. Feldman has had extensive real estate experience in the consulting and financial areas over the course of his career. In addition to holding an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California, he has gained valuable experience from working at all levels within the publicly traded and privately owned sectors of real estate. He has had leadership roles in managing large government contracts, public offerings, debt placements, large real estate transactions for both the public and private entities, and construction & development experience. Mr. Feldman has over 12 years of real estate experience and has been apart of transactions in excess of $1.0 billion. With this experience, he has gained a strong understanding and working knowledge of project management and the real estate industry.

Colliers International, Inc.
Mr. Feldman is a Real Estate Manager for Colliers International, Inc. He is responsible for directing project operational and financial analysis including the design, implementation, and maintenance of the decision support systems. Mr. Feldman is the managing consultant for the Colliers engagement with the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico and has been the managing consultant for the State of California Office of Court Construction and Management under direction from the Judicial Counsel of California for the transfer of court facilities between county and state governmental agencies. In this capacity, he helped facilitate an interactive project management system for over 600 facilities, conducted due diligence coordination, designed and implemented financial reporting mechanisms, participated in legislative review and amendments, and carried out logistical support. In addition, Mr. Feldman was a financial advisor for the Residential Community Investment Program (“RCI”) tasked with reviewing the construction and development proforma’s for the U.S. Army in the selection of a master developer on multiple bases across the United States.

Pardee Homes (Subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Real Estate)
Mr. Feldman was the financial advisor for the Northern San Diego region responsible for projecting the cost and profitability for over 500 homes a year and the surrounding master planned communities. Mr. Feldman interacted with the development team in resolving issues arising from land entitlement & construction to sales and close of escrow for the completion of the projects. Pardee Homes is one of the largest homebuilders and residential developers in the Southern California and Las Vegas metro markets. Founded in 1921, it began building homes in Nevada in 1952 and has regional offices in San Diego, Irvine, Corona, Sacramento, and Pleasanton, California, as well as in Las Vegas. In addition to its home-building efforts, Pardee also builds apartment homes and commercial properties in Southern California and offers home loans through an affiliate.
