Daniel Clapps | Client Services Coordinator
Daniel Clapps is the Client Services Coordinator for the Colliers’ Integrated Real Estate Solutions Group. In this role, Daniel is responsible for the daily servicing of the needs of IRES’ existing clientele and for outreach communications with potential clients who may benefit from the suite of advisory and transactional services provided by the IRES group. Additionally, Daniel is tasked with the responsibility to manage IRES’ enterprise resource database which is key to the team’s effectiveness. Overall, Daniel’s responsibilities and work product allow the IRES Group to continuously deliver it’s “Best In Class” services to our valued clientele.
Mr. Clapps’ most recent experience emanates from previous work experience serving as a Project Engineer for The Syska Hennessy Group, a construction management company. At this firm, his efforts focused on interacting with the construction client on a daily basis, anticipating and mitigating schedule disruptions and maximizing both communication and the flow of information through all the separate channels.
Mr. Clapps received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The University of California, Irvine.
