Mark Hartshorn | Senior Financial Analyst

Mark Hartshorn is the Senior Financial Analyst of the Integrated Real Estate Solutions (IRES) group. In this capacity, Mr. Hartshorn prepares complex and sophisticated financial models for a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions & dispositions, large-scaled developments, sale-leasebacks, lease versus buy decisions and lease comparisons. Mr. Hartshorn compares these various strategic real estate alternatives, and advises his clients about their respective financial impact on their company’s corporate and operational objectives.

In his role as Senior Financial Analyst at Colliers International, Mr. Hartshorn’s role has evolved beyond just being a financial analyst. His responsibilities encompass the entire real estate transaction process (less negotiation), and include writing proposals and offering memorandums, conducting the active marketing of a property, and gathering and administering key due diligence information.

In his role of Senior Financial Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Hartshorn consulted external clients and internal brokerage professionals regarding the impact of various financial scenarios. Mr. Hartshorn constructed complex analytical spreadsheets for use in presentations, proposal and reports.
