Michelle Shamamian | Project Specialist
Michelle Shamamian is the Project Specialist for the Integrated Real Estate Solutions (IRES) group. Ms. Shamamian provides support to all of the IRES team in a wide spectrum of tasks ranging from group administration to project coordination. She is currently involved in the management of a real estate staffing contract awarded by the General Services Administration—Region 9 and has experience of servicing other governmental and corporate entities which includes the gathering and implementation of the transactional due diligence.
In addition, Ms. Shamamian is responsible for the daily servicing of the needs of IRES’ existing clientele and for outreach communications with potential clients who may benefit from the suite of advisory and transactional services provided by the IRES group. She is tasked with the responsibility to manage IRES’ enterprise resource database which is key to the team’s effectiveness. Overall, her responsibilities and work product allow the IRES Group to continuously deliver its “Best In Class” services to our valued clientele.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Ms. Shamamian’s experience in project administration was rooted in various roles that required great detail and organization at the Urban Design Center. These wide range of past experiences in project administration and management has allowed Ms. Shamamian to perform efficiently and effectively as a Project Specialist at Colliers International.

Although Ms. Shamamian is relatively new to IRES, the support and project coordination functions which she provides to all IRES personnel are critical to the efficient delivery of services.
Ms. Shamamian graduated from California State University, Northridge with a dual Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics and Art History.
