Irvine, CA – March 2003—July 2005: Provided all requisite marketing services in connection with the $649.5MM sale of the 3,719 acre former Marine Corps Air Station El Toro (“Heritage Fields.”), and in 2004-05, an $88MM online auction sale of 42 acre former San Pedro Navy Housing community branded “Ponte Vista”.

Overton Moore Properties and Pacific Coast Capital Partners, LLC
Buena Park, CA – A 1.35 million square foot redevelopment project on the former Albertson’s Regional Distribution campus. Developed and sold 6 “Spec” industrial buildings totaling 434,550 sf. Project also included rehab and lease of +/- 900,000 sf of existing facilities.

American Honda Motor Company, Inc.—Torrance, CA
Currently enjoying a strategic services relationship with American Honda to provide real estate services Honda nation wide. Past projects include site selection for build-to-suit industrial, office and dealership projects, and leasing opportunities for regional sales and support offices. Recent projects include a 7,000 sq. ft. office lease in Gaithersburg, MD, and a 500,000 sq. ft. motorcycle warehouse in Mira Loma, CA.
